A softer way through
the hard bits of life

Whether it's a phone call you've been dodging or a day where getting dressed feels like a lot, HerSpace meets you where you are. One small step at a time, and every single one counts.

Steady me screens for breathing, grounding and remembering your proof

Steady me, in about a minute

Breathe in for four and out for six, notice what's around you, then read something you've already handled.

The HerSpace feeling selector asking how are you feeling today, with Calm chosen

Check in with a single tap

Choose how you feel, or add a feeling of your own. Over time you'll gently notice what drains you and what steadies you.

Small wins, counted kindly

A shower, a proper meal, a glass of water. Three small wins makes a real day, and there are no streaks to break.

Prepare tab with role-play practice

Prepare for the moments ahead

Add the thing you're dreading, write down what you fear might happen, and practise what you want to say. Afterwards, a short debrief turns it into proof.

Your proof, in your own words

Every hard thing you get through is saved as a card. On a wobbly day, search "times I spoke up" and see it for yourself.

Reminders that keep your secrets

Gentle nudges before a big moment, written so nothing personal ever shows on your Lock Screen.

Works with your calendar

Connect Apple Calendar and choose which calendars HerSpace can see. Turn the events that worry you into brave moments, with a gentle reminder to prepare. HerSpace only ever reads your calendar and never writes anything back.

For the moments that
make your stomach drop

Big or small, they all count. Here are a few of the moments HerSpace is here to help you with.

The phone call you keep putting off

Write down what you're afraid will happen, pick a gentle reminder, and steady yourself before you dial. Afterwards, notice how it really went.

Questions, gently answered

Can't find what you're looking for? We'd love to hear from you.

Is HerSpace free?

Yes. Check-ins, Steady me, your proof bank, small wins, the journal and up to three upcoming brave moments are all free. HerSpace Pro adds a companion that remembers you, voice journaling, unlimited brave moments and role-plays of your own.

What's coming next?

We're building HerSpace alongside the women who use it. Here's what's on the way:

  • The Ladder. Break a big fear into small steps, rate how hard each one feels, and climb at your own pace. Every step you take becomes proof.
  • Voice chat with your companion. Talk things through out loud when typing feels like too much.
  • A bigger meditation zone. More breathing, grounding and calming sessions for the different moments in your day.
  • More calendars. Google Calendar and Outlook, alongside Apple Calendar.
  • A private community. A members-only space to share small wins and brave moments with women who understand.
Is this therapy?

No. HerSpace is a wellbeing tool built on well-known techniques like slow breathing, grounding and checking whether a fear came true. It never diagnoses anything and isn't a replacement for professional support.

Do I need to be good at meditating?

Not at all. Steady me takes about a minute and talks you through every step. If you'd rather skip ahead, you always can.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing at all. There are no streaks to lose and nothing to catch up on. HerSpace is here whenever you come back.

Where does my information go?

Your check-ins, proof and journal are saved on your phone. The AI companion only sends what you write to it after you've said yes, and notifications never mention how you're feeling.

What if I need help right now?

HerSpace can't provide emergency support. If you're in danger, call 999 or go to A&E. You can call Samaritans free, any time, on 116 123, or call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option.

Which phones does it work on?

HerSpace is made for iPhone.
